Controls and software for growing manufacturers

We're a small team out of Appleton, WI. We combine hands-on controls engineering with modern software to solve problems on the plant floor without overcomplicating things.

We started CS Integrators because we saw a gap

Too many providers in this space push rigid, expensive approaches that don't match what small and mid-sized manufacturers actually need. We saw an opportunity to do it differently — cost-effective solutions, flexible tooling, and a team that says "yes" to the custom, atypical, and weird projects.

We bridge the gap between OT and IT. That means we're as comfortable wiring a control panel and tuning PID loops as we are building a web dashboard or writing an API integration. Most of our projects involve both sides, and having one team that handles the full stack means fewer handoffs and fewer things lost in translation.

What it's like to work with us

Fast

You talk directly to the people doing the work. No layers of project managers or sales reps between you and a decision. Our tooling and frameworks let us deliver quality solutions with efficient turnarounds.

Flexible

We're vendor and software agnostic — we pick the best tools for your situation, not the ones we have a partnership with. Open, flexible solutions that stay relevant as your business changes.

Friendly

We start with non-intrusive, complementary systems. We avoid locking you into licensing fees and subscriptions. And when you bring us something unusual, our default answer is "yes."

Small to mid-sized manufacturers and OEMs

We've worked across multiple industries, but our sweet spot is manufacturers and OEMs who need end-to-end controls and software support without the overhead of a large integrator. What sets us apart is versatility — we handle the full scope from panel design to data dashboards, and we adapt our approach to fit your problem rather than forcing your problem to fit our process.
